Enquiries, quotations and free demo requests
Our enquiry forms ask for your name, company and email address. Depending on your request, they may also include a product interest, message, phone number, country, machine details, quantities or desired timing. Optional fields are marked. Without the required contact details, we cannot process the form.
When you send a photograph, drawing or other technical file, the upload is stored with the enquiry using private file storage. Share only information relevant to your project, and avoid including unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
The form also records a submission reference, time, source page and referring page, plus campaign labels when available. These help connect the request to the product or proposal you were viewing. An enquiry is not a newsletter subscription.
Why the information is used
We use enquiry information to respond, assess your application and manage the business relationship. The company policy describes the relevant contractual steps, legitimate business interests and consent-based processing.
Private opportunity and proposal pages
When you request a tailored page, your email address, the company website supplied and publicly available company information are used for automated company research and a draft of relevant AddPack opportunities.
Private proposal pages can record product or opportunity interactions, downloads and enquiry activity, associated with the proposal and a session reference. These are used for sales follow-up. The expiry of a private page link is an access limit, not a promise that all related records are automatically deleted.
Website storage, hosting and videos
The website uses Base44 application infrastructure. Browser storage supports staff sign-in, session continuity and request context. Session storage also retains landing-page and campaign information used with enquiries. Private proposal pages use session references to associate interactions with a proposal.
The product videos are served as media files rather than embedded YouTube or Vimeo players. Playing them still involves requests to the hosting infrastructure. Browser settings can clear or restrict stored data; doing so may affect sign-in and some website features.
The company policy explains its broader cookie and marketing practices. Reading this notice or sending an enquiry is not, by itself, consent to unrelated marketing.
Service providers and handling of information
Enquiries are stored in AddPack’s enquiry system for authorised staff to follow up. The company policy describes sharing with service providers and professional advisers. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your request, including any international processing.
Retention
The standard policy describes session-based website data, a one-year period for analytical or marketing data, two years for enquiries from non-customers, and seven years after a customer contract ends for relationship records. It also explains exceptions for legal obligations and claims.
Those policy periods do not mean that closing your browser or allowing a proposal link to expire deletes an enquiry. Contact us about a specific record or deletion request.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information, object to processing, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis used. These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in data-protection law.
Send your request to support@add-pack.com. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority or the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (opens in a new tab).
